Amazing recovery from a bad start

We had a bit of a rough check-in since they'd messed up our payment for a gala. Not cool, but we finally got access after we sorted it. Once in, the room was super comfy, and the breakfast was on point! Staff were really attentive, especially the restaurant crew. Just wish the check-in process was smoother.
